New Help Center Allows for Cosmic Things users to find help faster

BERLIN, Maryland- Cosmic Networks, a network of social media applications designed for schools, has improved its help and support center to allow for quicker and more efficient support. Cosmic Networks has a new support ticket system at http://cosmicthings.com/helpdesk/, as well as an all new Knowledgebase at http://kb.cosmicthings.com. The Knowledgebase contains answers to common questions and step by step video tutorials to help users navigate the features of Cosmic Things products. If a user does not see a question on our site that they want answered in our database, they can ask the question and Cosmic Networks staff will answer it and add it to the site. The new redesigned system is already getting more traffic than the previous one. In addition to these features, Cosmic Things also now offers Live Help so that users can interact with Cosmic Networks staff instantly to solve their problems without the usual wait.
